How do I see the Serena Dugan Studio
collection in person?

Please visit the Stockists page for a list of current showrooms. Swatches are available for purchase under the wallpaper and fabric product pages.

Do you offer a trade discount?

A trade discount is available to Interior Designers. Please visit the Stockists page to find a showroom closest to you. If our fabrics and wallpapers are not available at a showroom in your geographic region, please contact us directly at: info@serenadugan.com with a copy of your current resale license.

How is your fabric printed?

Serena Dugan Studio fabric is printed by hand in Los Angeles, California using hand-mixed, solvent-free inks on 100% Belgian linen. Slight variations in color and texture are to be expected.

How is your wallpaper printed?

Serena Dugan Studio wallpaper is digitally printed in Connecticut. The ink is Greenguard Gold certified latex ink printed on either handwoven grasscloth or water-based titanium and clay coated vellum paper which is non-toxic and contains no plasticines or chlorine. It is Class A rated for fire.

How are your products shipped?

All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, signature required. Orders shipping to Europe will be sent via FedEx International. Swatch orders will be shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

Signature is required to insure against loss, theft or damage, and to provide proof of delivery. You have the option to waive the signature requirement but we are unable to accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages, or for costs associated with reshipment in cases where incorrect shipping information was provided.

What is the lead time for fabric?

In-stock fabric ships within 5-7 days of purchase. Please email info@serenadugan.com to inquire about stock. If the fabric is not currently in stock, there is a 6-8 week lead time.

What is the lead time for wallpaper?

Wallpaper is printed to order with a lead time of 4-6 weeks.

Do you sell wallpaper by the roll or yard?

Wallpaper and grasscloth is sold by the linear yard and ships as a continuous roll up to (45) yards.

How do I know how much wallpaper or
fabric to order?

We strongly recommend working with a design professional or professional wallpaper installer to take precise measurements and determine quantities. We recommend ordering at least 15-20% more than quoted to ensure you have enough for your project. Everything is printed to order so if you do not order enough, we cannot guarantee additional yardage will match what is installed.

Do you have order minimums?

The order minimum for fabric is (5) yards.
The order minimum for wallpaper is (16) yards.
The order minimum for grasscloth is (16) yards.

Can I order custom colors and/or custom grounds?

Fabrics can be developed in custom colors and grounds with an upcharge of 10-30%, $150 strike-off fee and a minimum order of (30) yards.  Wallpapers can also be developed in custom colors with a minimum order of (30) yards and a strike-off fee of $150. Additional charges for design + development are determined on a case-by-case basis. To inquire about a custom project, please email: info@serenadugan.com.

Do you offer CFAs (cutting for approval)?

We strive for color consistency in production, however, print coloration and dyelots may vary slightly. If a precise coloration is required, we recommend requesting a cutting for approval (CFA) prior to ordering. CFAs are available upon request for fabric orders (5) yards and above. No CFAs available on wallpaper, outdoor/performance or block prints.

Can I cancel my order?

Any cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours, orders of any kind—including custom or stock—cannot be cancelled.

Return/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products.
